Who we are

Southframe Studio, a brand operated by Andromeda di Simone Falcone, an Italian sole proprietorship based in Torino, Italy [full address and VAT number to add]. Support: support@southframestudio.net.

What we collect

• When you buy: your email address, the product, amount, currency, and the payment and refund status from Stripe.
• When you contact support: your email and the content of your message.

We don't collect your card details. Stripe handles them directly.

Why we use it

• To process your payment and send you the guide.
• To answer support requests and resend files.
• To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
